Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PFT Post Falls Towing Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our towing and roadside assistance services in Post Falls, ID and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

PFT Post Falls Towing Service offers emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes situations where we determine that providing service would be unsafe, illegal, or not in the best interest of our company or customers.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services you request. Pricing is determined based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and service complexity. We will provide a quote before dispatching a driver whenever possible.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is made in full.

If you cancel a service request after a driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover the driver's time and fuel costs.

Liability and Responsibility

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe transport of your vehicle, you acknowledge that towing involves inherent risks. PFT Post Falls Towing Service carries appropriate insurance coverage, but we are not liable for damage to your vehicle that results from pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition that allows for safe towing. This includes removing loose items from the vehicle, securing the steering wheel, and providing accurate information about the vehicle's condition.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PFT Post Falls Towing Service, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, except where such claims result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Vehicle Storage

If we transport your vehicle to our facility or another location, you are responsible for retrieving it within a reasonable time. Storage fees may apply for vehicles that remain in our possession beyond the agreed-upon period.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in your vehicle. You should remove all valuables before or immediately after towing whenever possible.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly at (208) 262-4703 or contact@towingpostfalls.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho for the resolution of any disputes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
